A Passion for Mentorship and Personal Growth

DAVID HAGAN is dedicated to the mental, emotional, and physical health of our young men. His passion for helping young adults, particularly college-aged men, is evident in his extensive leadership roles.

As an undergraduate at NC State University, he served as Vice President and President of his fraternity. As an alumnus, he completed a four-year term as a volunteer Regional Vice President for his national fraternity. In this role, he was directly responsible for 14 chapters in North Carolina, comprising approximately 650 undergraduate men. David is proud to have completed 100 chapter visits during his term, mentoring and leading young men from all across the country.

David was a student at at the Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, VA, graduating in 1974. He then earned a BA in Business Management from NC State University in Raleigh, NC, in 1984. His professional career is marked by significant achievements and leadership roles:

  • Monumental Life Insurance Company, Baltimore, MD: Employee Benefits Counselor (1984-1986), traveling nationwide

  • Cushman & Wakefield, Greensboro, NC: Industrial/Technology Group Broker (1986-1989)

  • Hagan Properties Incorporated, Greensboro, NC: Founder & CEO (1989-2014)

  • Global Real Estate Firm, Greensboro, NC: Senior Vice President, Brokerage Services (2014-present)

David holds prestigious professional designations such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is an Industrial Specialist and Office Specialist with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). His client portfolio includes renowned companies like Analog Devices, Coca-Cola, FedEx, General Electric, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
